Sinopsis:
Año 2023, Tokio. Debido a cambios en la sociedad como la globalización o la ampliación del comercio, el lado oscuro de la sociedad también está cambiando. Los criminales se han ocultado más y sus organizaciones se van ampliado, debido a esto, la paz está siendo mermada y la seguridad empeora cada día. El gobierno se toma muy seriamente este problema y decide introducir un sistema innovador. Para combatir a estos criminales especiales se funda un cuerpo de policía ilegal, Warriors, formado por miembros de élite.
